Greetings denziens of Tsunami.

There was a bug with encampment which allowed it to provide
stacking-healing to enlistees that would grow so large it would provide
errors every tick. This was fixed.

In addition I tweaked the healing warlords receive so its quickheal-esque
(after that somewhat large sp cost and setup time).

In addition I somewhat reduced the sp cost and time. These updates are
reflected in the helpfile.

Your mercenary army can also take over towns, roads, bridges etc with its
encampment but its more difficultto establish a good camp because the
soldiers would rather party in town.


Warlords still do not have an active combat skill. Enjoy!
