Greetings,

Rezzers willno longer suffer a skill level penalty when rezzing
someone belonging to another faction to which the rezzer's
faction has a neutral disposition. Non-resurrect prayers were
already working this way. Please note that the penalties
remain for factions that the rezzer's faction dislikes or hates.
