Classes will no longer invuln if they have no spell points
(there is a mental effort involved in escaping death; see
127 hours).
Given they do not naturally spend sp, berserkers will now
incur a cost of 5% of their sp for invulning.
SP costs may extend to other classes later. We'll see.
