I've changed prayers, skills, spells, songs, forms (any I missed?)
so that by default they display the current level, max level, and
full level of each of the respective skills. It's literally
the same as 'skills full max' before, it just defaults to that
when you type 'skills'.

This change is to make it clearer to people (new players?) hwo
important stats are in raising your full value of your skills (re:

stats effecting skill level).

If you dont like this change then: 'alias skills skills base'
and do it for songs, forms, prayers, etc.
