PK UPDATE

The pk rules have changed. The following is a list of the changes.

1. Pk off has been removed.
2. Quit delay for being in combat has been removed.
3. Aggro actions are actions against someone without a quit delay.
4. Aggro actions result in 1 minute of quit delay.
5. Quit delay caps at 5 minutes.
6. You can attack anyone within 4 levels of you.
7. God protection still lasts until level 10.
8. Heros can attack any other hero regardless of level.

Please enjoy the new system.

9. Removed the ability to buy licenses.
