Hardcore players can no longer be caltropped by non-hardcore
and, similarly, cannot trop those that are not hardcore.
Furthermore, hardcore characters can now no longer attack
house butlers of houses whose owners are not also hard core.
This 2nd part I didn't test, so feel free to try it out and
bug it if it didn't work. :)
