Ok...this is the big one:

'help pk' for new rules.

'help license' for additional information.

On top of this, there are other changes:

1) You cannot quit within 10 seconds of combat (any combat).

2) Mirrors now have 10x the charges and cost 10x as much.

3) Summon, compell, etc. now take 1 round.

4) Anyone can now join the pk channel.

This is a very short post for a very big change. Please read all the
details regardless of your current pking tendencies (or lack thereof).
This system will probably undergo much in the way of modifications over
the nxt few days/weeks, so please feel free to let me know any
thoughts/feedback you have on the subject.

Hopefully this system will make a few more people happy :)
