There was a bug in strafe which caused it to basically fail
99% of the time - it was checking your level of the 'breathe'
skill which you don't have anymore. I changed it to use
a little bit of burn. The skill may need rebalancing but I
worked with it for a long time testing it.

It does an extreme amount of damage to lower level mobs, but
to equal level things it's sorta like a mass burn with a
negative mod, which is basically what I think we were going
for. Also you have to be flying, so pay the flight upkeep
AND you ahve to be in an outdoors place, and you of course
have a 2 round dela + the sps for strafe. So, strafers please
test it out and let me know what u think. Others, just be
careful of massive dragons strafing overhead of you, duh, it
might be dangerous. Now it's likely to be a lot more
dangerous.
