I fixed a bug with entice, so you should now be able to entice
someone that is aggro to you without being pk-on. Note that
you still need to NOT have noaggro set. (IE even if target
is aggro to you, you cannot entice them if you have noaggro
set.) Sounds weird, but it works that way, and I'm not
going to change it again until I see that this part works ;)

Anyway, if something breaks, let me know.
