Natives, in particular heros and partied natives. You will notice
a change in how you get teeth. There was an oversight in the code
which allowed for hero's to get teeth on NPCs they shouldn't have.
The change will now make tooth getting consistent across all
levels.

It will be more difficult (but you probably won't notice it) for
parties to get teeth. You'll have to hit bigger NPCs.

There will be one more change upcoming where native parties who get
teeth for one member will have teeth split amongst all party
members if the NPC is large enough, this is not yet implemented.
