Last night I implemented an unidentified state on ADD_EQ items generated
for NPCs. I meant to post last night but got distracted. Items added to
NPCs by add_eq will now show a [?] for their rarity and will not display
what features are applied to them. example: "A plate mail [?]". This
allows players to see that NPCs have gen_eq items but maintains the
surprise of random generation.
