There was a long-standing bug with holy water where it didn't
check properly for a flag that stops it being used on weapons.

This is fixed. You cannot use holy vials on babau spears,
for one (as they are weapons of the Blood Lords, not Everen),
but there are probably other weapons this will affect
too.
