Title : wu changes

These changes were made to balance the basic attack spells. Each should be
unique but still balanced toward eachother.

Next time I will take a look at the numerous area spells and make sure
they are as unique and balanced toward eachother as the single target
spells are.

Here's the changes sofar.

Basic wu-jen damage spells.
--------------------------------------
20/20 = old blast damage

* Icestorm now deals 15/20 (both AE and single target ) and cost 15 sp.
Making it the perfect all-purpose spell.
* Petrify deals 15/20 and cost 20 sp. Lower damage compensated by the br>skill reducing effect.
* Blast deals 16/20 and cost 20 sp. Moderate damage, yet powerful in it's
ability to change damage-type.
* lightning-bolt deals 17/20 and cost 20 sp. High damage and lots of
utility, great spell.
* incinerate deals 18/20 and cost 25 sp. The toughest spell overall, but
doesn't have any utility.

Other spells
--------------------------------------
* Lavaflow is now a 2 round cast time.
* wavewalk got reduced cast time to 3 rounds and can be used in more
water/cold based areas.
* stoneskin got a lower amount of "counters" but each counter absorb more
damage.
