Well, it seems that atheists of all levels can pray again to get
resurrected (previously it was restricted so that atheists level 10 and
above had to be resurrected by a cleric). I'm not sure who changed this
or when, but that's how it is now. However, temple was still disabled for
atheists above level 9, making it possible for ghosts to get stuck in
areas where they could neither be rezzed nor could they exit the area
while dead. So the temple command now works for atheists of all levels,
and will move them to the cleric guild temple in main town.
