The incidence of 3 team wars should now be about 66% less than
prior wars, essentially now the only wat to get
thrown into a 3 team war is if you have a low number of players
ie 10-14 and 7 or so of them are heros, otherwise itll be a
2 team war, however its also now possible to have too few
players to have a war more often, this might be of some concern
in the early morning (us time), well see how it
pans out...
