changed some code on hurl and grab.

- Grab
1. You can again drop the person your grabing via drop <target>
2. You can grab things you normally couldn't, i.e. dragons
however, it is less effective
3. When grabbing your target, there's now messages based on the
amount of damage you do

- Hurl
1. Changed the syntax on hurl a bit, help skills hurl to see
2. Before you couldn't hurl things to people in no gate/no summon
areas, this now only applies for living things. (you can throw
objects to people) This doesn't change not being able to throw
things to people inside.br>3. Also, you could only throw to people before, now you can throw
to anything thats living (can throw to npcs now)

None of these things was either a reduction or increase just a little
code tweaking, bug it, if anythings goes wrong.
