Gender issues with barbs and amazons should be resolved now.
*I* had messed up one parameter in a line of code in tooth
code for natives in the rewrite. It is now fixed. Teeth in PK
will now be how they should be (get teeth down to -3 lvls in pk)
There is now a help teeth.
