Due to my severe lack of time until this Thursday Im posting something Im
seriously considering about to do, and you can talk me
into/out of it before hand.

The vortex will go to any room on the MUD except guilds rooms, and
player houses if the user is AGGRO, this includes no_gate,
no_summon rooms etc. Guilds and Houses would
still be vortex proof, thus requiring that they
be broken.
