All the resurrection prayers/spells have been modified so that
the ghost being resurrected must be willing. If you want to
be able to be resurrected by anyone, anytime, then set the
new environment variable 'permit_resurrect'. This will save
with your character when you logout.

If you want to specifically pick when you want to be resurrected,
use the 'permit' command - like 'permit razan resurrect'. If
you want anyone to be able to rez you, use
'permit everyone resurrect'. Permits do not save when you
logout.

If this doesn't make any sense to you and you see no reason
wy, when dead, you wouldn't want to be resurrected - then
just type 'setenv permit_resurrect 1' and move on. :)

Resurrecters - you will see a message if the ghost is
unwilling so you can prompt them to 'permit' you.
