Title : lists and statues done

All the lists on the mud have been replaced by the new system.
Some of the lists have statues with them, most players have
probably already noticed this. There's been some reorganization
to the main town's lists.

Quest room:
no longer has 5 or so lists, now just has the top questers
list.
Bounty room (down from village green):
now has top PK list (which is known as the top jihad list)

Yamata's Pub:
Has 3 lists now - top explorers, top kills (like is listed
in bio command), and top lifetime deaths (also from bio
command).

Small Yard (with the beggr):
This room now has the top stolen plaque of all classes on
the mud.

Library:
The top player list has been moved to a special new room
in the library ('in' from COT). Go 'in', 'south' to see
this new room. It also has a special statue of the top
player mud-wide - again, customizable.

The top war, invasion, and arena lists (and brett actually) are
all sortable by different criteria. So if you want to see the
top average points per war or if you want to see who's played
in the most wars, you can do either of those. See the lists
for the syntax.

Umm, that's about it. Of course the other lists like arena,
gametime, etc are all updated too.

Please 'bug' and/or let me know if you run into problems
with these.
