Title : New text formatting, tags and settings
----------------------------------------
Tonight's reboot brought in a new system for colours and text layout. Your
settings have already been carried over to the new names (15,793
characters and 60 accounts were updated), so there is nothing you need to
do.

WHAT YOU SEE
Everything you receive is now laid out for your own client: your colours,
your screen width, your settings. Colours your client can't show are
matched to the nearest one it can, and the game now asks your client how
many colours it supports, so Mudlet and modern terminals get full colou
on their own.

NEW TAGS (on channels, tells, says, poses and boards)
bold italic underline [s]strike[/s]
red xterm colour 45
any colour
a link

one
two

numbered
list

something said

hidden until
selected

Use
...
to show text exactly as typed. A tag that is never
closed, like

or
arr
, shows as plain text,
and
[[
gives a single
[
. Links show their real
address after the name. Lists show up to 10 items on their own lines. On
Discord all of these turn into Discord formatting.

SETTINGS (setenv), and what they replace
terminal auto (default), ansi, xterm256, truecolor or none
color on/off (was no_color)
wrap on/off (was nowrap)
width number or auto (was columns)
height number or auto (was rows)
pager on/off (new: off shows long text all at once)
commas on/off (was nocomma)
screen_reader on/off (was screenreader; lists and code are read
out)

PAGER
Long text (help, boards, mail, files) now pages by what fits on your
screen. At the More prompt: enter = next, b = back, q = quit, /text =
find, n = next match, g 120 = go to line 120.
