Title : reclaiming house safes/lockers

I semi-frequently receive requests to restore a player's lockers/safes lost
during a house repossession. I have added a new house command, 'reclaim',
which can be used inside your house to restore these (for a price).

Unfortunately, this will only work out of the box on houses repossessed
after this post. If your house was repossessed before now, you will still
need to contact me before you can reclaim your lockers/safes.

Keep in mind that this operation will _replace_ your current safes with
your old ones. It is _more_ expensive than buying the slots were
originlly (because it both restores the slot to you, AND the contents).
