Title : 'look' at things others are wearing/wielding

Once upon a time 'look' had syntax support for looking at the items npcs
and other players were holding. It didn't exactly make sense, though, that
another player would just let you peruse their inventory in detail. I
disabled the syntax some time ago with the intention of bringing the
functionality back, in a limited capacity, for *only* worn/wielded items.

You should now be able to 'look player's <item>' or 'look <item> on
<player>' to see these items. You can also use slots, like 'look misery's
boots' or 'look misery's weapon'.

This is part of apush to make players/npcs more descriptive, and future
phases will include describing physical racial/class features in more
detail.
