Forms will now increase in a linear fashion. This means you will not have
to reach lvl 7 in a form to start seeing some real benefits. Also the
minimum shift has been raised a bit.

Also, if anyone who has spent some real playing time leveling their forms
would like to have a rational and reasonable discussion about changeling
I am all ears. Just don't jump on the chat channel about how I am now
worse than the devil himself :)
