Title : cosmetic cauldron tweaks

A witches cauldron will now, if you are its owner, display the power of the
bubbling fluids inside when you see it in your inventory or in the
room--you no longer have to look at it to get this information.

Also fixed an issue where coins spit out of the cauldron would be messaged
improperly if there were already coins in the room.
