Almost none of them exist, but I've resolved a number of issues that
prevented them from summoning mercenaries--they will be tougher, now. I
haven't done extensive balance testing on these NPCs, though I'll note for
now that they appear to be strong but killable.

In the process I made a few tweeks to the enlist shadow, so let me know
(warlords) if you see any issues with your enlistees.
