As noted on the main board, changeling is fully open and may
be fiddled with at any stage (!).

To those people who've been asking about it, you can now quest
to become a changeling. As a prestige class, you must convert
a hero to become a changeling.

To forestall any questions, no I will not be making anyone with
a current changeling go through the same process. I consider
the immense periods during which changeling has been out of the
game, the endless piety running and the experience requirements
they've all driven themselves through to be an adequate comparison.

Seek theSon of the Glades. Obviously only Fey can become
Changelings.
