To make wars more convenient for everyone, I have removed the variable
war countdown timer and have moved to 3 wars a day at set times!

You can see my idea for the initial times by typing 'wartime'.

Before you get upset about the times I picked, these are only
preliminary. Please send me feedback about what times work best for you
and what timezone you're in. I will try to piece together the
information and come up with three times that seem to work best for most
people.

I wrote a job scheduling system to trigger these wars, and changed the
war starting code quit a bit--so I wouldn't be too surprised if there
were some "hitches" starting out.

As always, please send me any feedback you may have. I might even read
it if I'm in a good mood.
