Few changes to waterfire:
a) First off, for some unknown reason, it was doing DRAIN
damage on its hitback. This has been changed to ACID.
b) Second, because the hitback was based ENTIRELY on
the strength of the hit, the potential existed for some massive
abuse of this skill, particularly by low level chian-lungs.
The hitback is now based upon your skill level in waterfire.
What does this mean? Essentially I think you'll find that it's no
longer abuseable, and that within water terrains, the hitbacks
are somewhat smaller than before. Outside of water terrains
the hitbacks are somewhat largerthan before (tho the difference
is still quite significant between the two).
