Just some quick changes. Room temperature should work a little
better now. I'm not certain if anything even uses this, but
there was a tiny bug in there.

Fixed a bug with warlords enlisting. This shouldn't be anything
that was ever noticed by players, so don't go expecting to see
anything different on your end. :)

Juggernaughts, when they lose an upgrade due to death/explosion
will now get a printout of what upgrades were lost rather than
just YOU LOST AN UPGRADE. Please help test this by killing
Duck.

These are tiny, but just keep your eyes open to anything related
to hese. Thanks!
