Yes, it's true. Some items in the game that were previously
"safeable" are no longer. As time goes on this process will
probably continue for SOME items.

The reason? There are certain items in the game that are
extremely powerful and were made unlockerable so that they
couldn't be saved. When safes came into the game, no one
went through and made these extremely powerful items
non-safeable.

See, they weren't intended to be "storable" but SOMEONE
made a loophole by creating safes. As we find these
extremely powerful items that probably shouldn't be
storable (in safes or in locker) they will be changed.
Consider it a bug. :)
