I have recoded Zap to tweak the formula somewhat. The changes
involve making it less random on casting (This goes for all chaos
mage spells) as well as getting its damage more in line with
what I see as reasonable. However, the spell is still by far the
most devastating there is but will no longer heal nor reach
some of the obscene values it could before.
