Enchanted items are now lockerable, though the
Enchantment fades upon lockering.
The original purpose was for when enchant could
possibly create a stat raising ability in an item.
People would cast enchant, and if a stat bonus wasnt
forth coming, they'd locker the equipment to "clear"
the enchant to try again. Now that stat bonuses no
longer occur on enchanted equipment, it can be
lockered again.
