To clarify, when someone had 30 spell points and attempted to
cast a +50 mod spell, it would automatically default to
casting a +10 mod of that spell. (Assuming the spell has a cost of 20)
This has been disabled so if you try and cast something without having
enough sp, you won't cast anything that round.
