Two amendments to run to make it more useful.

Ever found you can't run far enough? Need a billion alias' to get to
your favourite destinations? Even harder now without doq?? Worry no
longer, rm all your old alias', and make a bunch of new ones! If you get
too exhausted on your attempt to run to a destination, the next heart beat

you will try and finish the sprint off, and so on, until the full run
attempt is completed

oh yeah, and you can run in a party now too
