TWar now runs from /d/war/twar only; the old
second copy in /room/twar is archived. This also fixes TWar paying War
Tokens twice and its stats not reaching the database.
Shops moved to /d/mudlib/shops (shop saves in /data/shops). Player lots
moved to /d/mudlib/shops/lots; every owned lot and shop kept its owner and
stock.
Saved items, lockers, houses and mail were updated to the new paths.
Wizards: use th new paths in your code; writes under /room are refused
now.
```
[[Category:Changes_Board]]
