Changes:
* Max unfill ratio is now based on player level
* Quickheal breaks when filling the jar
* Diminishing returns on heal after a number of consequtive uses.
Mail me feedback on the changes. These are partly done to
somewhat impeed the PvP use of repeat unfill forever.
