YOu can now use the setenv 'warhp' to set your default HP level
for twars. Be warned this acts a TINY bit differently from
warnami days. For instance, in warnami days when you said
you wanted 500 hps (setenv warhp 500) then you damn well got
that. The trick is, NOW we dont always have level 19 wars
so I add some bonus on there that you can trickle down. Basically
the warhp environment var now sets up as if it were a level 19
war and then tacks on what it thinks you might want in addition
incase it's a, say 19+5 war.
