-=Hitsu-Do=-
Something was up with Hitsu-do. It should be more consistent now and
attacking-buffs from other players will no longer cause you to hit 9 times
all the time. This was a bug. They will have the normal effect now.

Thanks to those who reported its funkiness.

-=Kaze-Do=-
When you have a dodge-round will get an elemental strike 100% of the time.
Its still a damage loss (dodging still causes you to have no auto-attacks)
but hopefully a mote more tolerable when you have to swap through to pick
up the attunement.

<r>-=Critical / Elemental Attunement=-
Adjusted somewhat to make up for getting no attacks. The adjustment is
larger at higher-hero-levels and multiplicitive.
