IDEA 16820 - liquify shouldn't require targetting. right now it does, but
it's a room effect. it's absurd it requires a target
You can now 'cast liquify' to liquify a room. Combat, however, does not
stop when this occurs. Limited testing was done but it was also a basic
change. Let me know if something seems to work wrong now.
