Shamans,

I've modified the totem pole room-spread logic so that it slowly
creeps into the surrounding rooms. This is to mitigate a bug
where excessive processing cost caused the MUD driver to halt
execution prematurely. Thus, in the case where that happened,
your totem pole would not have covered all the intended rooms.
So now it takes a bit longer to spread, but it should ensure
that all valid rooms are affected.
