I redesigned a bit of the dragon newbie quest logic behind the
scenes. There were some annoying bugs which prevented the quest
from being done the way it was intended originally. You could
complete it, but just not the 'right' way. At the same time
I cleaned it up a lot and made it a tiny bit prettier.

I've tested it, but please bug it if anyone has problems with
it.
