Title : new setenv

I added a new setenv, 'setenv exp_detail 1' will give you
detailed experience gain after each kill.
'color expmsg COLOR' will colorize the digits.

I intend to add 'stuff' to it later on, feel free to try it out
meanwhile and report to me if you experience any bugs.
