QUEST NAME: Rogues Are Good at Hiding Things

I have tidied up Mobius' thieves guild quest and moved it outside
of the guild (like the cleric one). You will find it in the
Thieves' Tunnels - not very well hidden :).

This quest is pretty easy and can be done very fast and doesn't
award a lot of experience but is great for teaching people how
to read room descriptions and interact with the MUD. There's lots
of fun to be had here moving things around and searching for
the hidden gems.

Just like the Brother Desmond quest, anyone (EVEN NON ROGUES!)
can do this quest. It's worh a mere 5 qps but, hey, 5 is
better than none.

There are likely spelling errors and syntax errors in here that
you guys can help me find. Please report bugs to my attention
'bug RAZAN: <bug text here>' so that I can jump right on them.

Mobius gets 99% of the credit for this, I just moved it around
some.
