You can no longer use 'shout' during wars (meaning twar or shutdown
wars). You can no longer use 'tell' or 'whisper' to people that
are not on your team.

I will fix 'say', 'emote', and then the war channel next but
I've got some stuff to do today.

Expect the new mode to be "no communication with ANYONE not
on your team in wars" to be the way we're moving to. You'll have
use, actual strategy instead of just spending the first 30
secs preparing for wars setting up truces.

I know, what would Tsunami warfare be without chains of truces?
Who knows? Let's find out hat it might be like if people
actually strategized with their characters instead of socially.

Can you think of more ways to communicate betsides:

shout, pose, tell, whisper, say, and channels?
