Some changes

CLASSES:
Amazons:
Warcry does oh say 1/8 the less damage than it once did
Mutilation does not boost combat as much as it once did

Barbarians:
Lost the random shadow bonus to toughness

Paladins:
Lay hands heals somewhat less

Unicorns:
Life heals less.

Zombies:
Gnaw is somewhat better than it once was.

Manticore/Ooze/Medusa:
Base weaponry damage is slightly better..go non-healers!

Changeling:
Basilisk: somewhat lower base for petrify
Bear: base claw damage teased downward though more
baed on shift strength
Balrog: didnt like the movement hook, so I rescinded it.

Dracolich:
Enervation was tweaked to make it somewhat more
efficient, the damage absorbed and % reflected back
should be more viable than just repeat death -15 etc

Faeriedragon:
Somewhat arbitrary shadow awareness boost...thats gone.

Necromancer:
Skeletons have +mods available

MISC:
the "team" command in wars is unavailable if one is confused

if you try to net something that cant be netted, you no longer
lose the net

warnami has been restored to function with 2 players, abuse
of this in trade killing for exp will result in total removal of
warnami as a function of tsunami

some low level mobs have gained additional drop goodies
this is in a somewhat slow evolution of MUD wars go
have fun searching them out

beholders and sylphs are in prelim PT, I imagine theyll
be on the market shortly


REMINDER
We are much more relaxed about quests now than we
once were not requiring them for advancement and
whatnot, but revealing quest information is still grounds
for banishment/reincarnation etc so dont flagrantly
violate this rule on pain of annihilation.

CONTEST RESULTS:
3 stories
hoss,janus,myskran
4 poems
myskran,myskran,grugomillo,widershins

This represents a showing of about 20% of
the former contest despite the fact that I was
asked repeatedly to offer the contest.
So, I'm calling it a wash, the stories and poems
are actually quite good and its a shame that
no one else felt like participating, so Im awarding
them all the max award. 50M per story and 15M
per poem. Though grug probably wins for
the funniest, and I was particularly fond of one
of the stories.
