there are a number of skills that are cached so that they can be more
easily manipulated by your class/subclass code, or through other effects.

'skills full' should now show you the cached values for each of those
cached skills. you should now see the actual number that's being used as
your base skill value.

skill value Right Now = (the value from skills full) + (the value from
skills temp)
