the arena has been updated!

you now have the option to select a multi-room arena. go to the arena
entrance and check the 'info' for details.

a few sideline fixes:
- strike, stun, etc all work in the arena now.
- if you go LD in the arena, you should return to your normal body w/ all
you stuff intact.
- you wont show up 2x on channel listing while you're in the arena

other notes:
- riders: you still stop riding your steed. sorry. that's not a simple
fix. i'll look into it more later.
- the aren has no terrain at all. i may add an option later that'd allow
the challenger to select what terrain he wants. (sometime in the future)

i had to change a lot to make this work, so test it out and gimme some
good bug reports. ;)
