Dirge is somewhat more powerfull.

Fear can no longer be modified.

Inspire can no longer be modified, but bards can now
'sing inspire all' or 'sing inspire allies' for a slightly increased
mana costs. Bards can still inspire themselves or a specified living
creature, same as before.

Quell can no longer be modified, the song is more reliable but
the duration is much shorter.

The dirge change will not affect changelings but the inspire one will.
The inspire change does not affect Unicorns rapture.
