Tsunami has grown through the years and so have its citizens.
Nonhumanoids have been around Tsunami for many years and its
citizens are beginning to release their old-standing prejudice
against these creatures. After spending years with them in bars,
shops, and fighting along side them in the Holy War the citizens
have come to charge.

As such, the banks of Tsunami have opened their doors to the
nonhumanoids. They will receive debit cards and can use them just
like a regular humanoid. However, the only change is that
nonhumanoids will incur a 20% penalty for charging on their debit
card as opposed to the 10% surcharge that humanoids see.

Because, of course, while times may have changed - prejudices
are hard to die.
